New Kitchen Installation
Having used Pasquale a couple of times previously we had no hesitation in approaching him again to help us with the decorating and fitting of our new kitchen and built in appliances. All of the work was completed inside the agreed timescales and on budget and our kitchen is now looking fresh and bright. On the final day when work was nearing completion we happened to mention a couple more things that we needed to address with our property one of which was to replace the tap fitting on our bath. Fitted new fireplace and two outdoor lights

Moving Gas pipes

New garage roof and fascia boards and soffits
Pasquale has come back once again. This time he stripped the felt off the roof and replaced the timber on the garage flat roof and fitted a rubber roof membrane. Remove old bathroom, build new stud wall, install and tile a new bathroom
Pasquale’s workmanship is superb, we are very pleased with the new bathroom. Yes, there was additional cost, but it is a very old house, and as the old fittings were removed, several unexpected issues were uncovered which had to be resolved. Pasquale resolved these problems at cost, so whilst higher than original quote, I believe entirely reasonable. I would definitely use PCH again for any plumbing needs.

Outside decoration
Outside Decoration As promised, Pasquale returned to redecorate the outside of the house, something he has undertaken before, where he again recommended paint and materials to complete the work to a high standard. Pasquale takes a lot of pride in his work, is extremely good at matching colours and even mixes his own paint to achieve the desired finish. Having contractors in and around the house can be disruptive but Pasquale is a pleasure to be around, very personable, willing, adaptable and has a good sense of humour.

Two receptions and one bedroom decorated, installed 9 lights, repaired external brickwork
Pasquale came to us warmly recommended by two different friends, not least because he is qualified in several skills.Whilst with us, Pasquale installed new 9 new lights, redecorated a bedroom and two main reception rooms, sorted out the double-glazed front door which had been badly installed by someone else and repaired some external brickwork.All of this was done well, in a pleasant, easy manner and with the minimum of fuss. Shower installation
We needed a new shower for our family bathroom and Pasquale advised us as to the make and model best suited to our requirements, completing the neat and tidy installation in one morning. Pasquale will be back again next month to redecorate the outside of the house, something he has undertaken previously when he again recommended paint and materials to complete the work to a high standard.Pasquale is willing, personable and adaptable as circumstances change. Removal of old and fit new shower cubicle
Initial call back was prompt, subsequent calls either ahead or on time. The sealant round the shower tray was redone, even though I had not asked, so a pleasant surprise. Any items moved were replaced. They even wiped the hall floor tiles – it was cleaner than when they arrived!!! I will have absolutely no hesitation in using PCH Heating again.
